Dean Johnson takes part in a panel discussion about when publishers should take risks.

With over 28 years’ experience in design, technology and publishing, Dean Johnson is Executive Creative Director of digital agency Brandwidth, where he spearheaded the launch of the hugely successful Guinness World Records iPad app and its global chart-topping sequel. Brandwidth's publications include the digital pop-up book and game Headspin: Storybook, the interactive children's book F:sh, and the Doctor Who Encyclopedia [iTunes store] for BBC Worldwide/Random House: a folio of apps which has garnered over 5 million video views and more than 500,000 downloads. Dean is the former Vice President of the Chartered Society of Designers and he now sits on the Design Skills Advisory Panel at the Design Council.
